Centre for Process Innovation - Supply, Installation, and Commissioning Of Three Vacuum Hotplates and Training of Users
This specification is for the supply (including packing and delivery to the PETEC Centre at NETPark, Sedgefield, Co Durham UK), installation, and commissioning of a vacuum hotplates and training of users. Three hotplates for use with samples up to 12” x 12” of either glass or plastic laminated on glass is required. The system should be able to •Take up to 12” x 12” samples (glass, plastic laminated on glass and give the option for plastic on its own) •Have suitable connection for extract for solvent to ensure safety of operator •Have uniformity of better than 5% across the whole sample •Have vacuum to hold panel in place •Ability to set temperature of plate to within 1 degree •Be suitable for temp range from room temperature up to a minimum of 150C and keep uniformity at all temp ranges across the sample (and better than 5% accuracy in stability) •Be either a stand alone unit or benchtop configuration •Option of controllable extract •Option of lift pins / automatic timing •Option to program ramps into hotplate •Option for nitrogen purging •Option for suitable hood to protect user and maintain temperature stability •Option for porous chuck for use with flexible materials •Option for proximity and contact bake.
