Nominations Committee

The Nominations Committee is a Standing Committee of the Agency’s Board, which carries out the detailed examination of the following specific areas of the Agency’s activities on behalf of the Board:

• Responsible for an overview of the nomination to and membership of and co-option to all of the Agency’s Committees (including Project Steering Groups, Standing Committees and the boards and committees of the Agency’s subsidiaries)
• Advice on the time and responsibility of each appointment
• Give full consideration to succession planning considering the challenges and opportunities facing the Agency and what skills and expertise are needed on the Agency’s Committees in the future
